About Coach Hicks
Coach Hicks is the founder and Director of Coaching of Team Xtreme. A veteran coach with over 20 years of experience, Coach Hicks is a Level 1 Certified USATF Track and Field coach who has trained many USATF and TAAF elite athletes. He is an expert in his field and lectures at seminars for collegiate and high school coaches through the Texas Track and Field coaches Network.
Proven Results
Coach Don Hicks has produced athletes that have represented the USA at the World Junior Championships, 4 National Champions, 4 High School Indoor All-Americans, and 5 Texas UIL State Champions! Coach Hicks’ 4x400m relay team broke the indoor record at the Carl Lewis Indoor meet at the University of Houston with a time of 3:22 seconds. His summer teams have posted such outdoor marks of 40.5 in the 4x100m relay and 3:11 for the 4 x400m relay during the USATF Nationals Age Group Championships.
Coach Hicks track & field athletes have earned over $3,600,000 dollars in college scholarships and awards.
